VW ID.3

VW ID.3 is the first VW in the ID series (Intelligent Design), and is in the "mid-size" category. The model is based on the MEB platform, and is one of the first electric cars from VW.

ID.3 was first showcased in 2019 at the Frankfurt Motor Show, and sales of the model started in 2020. The model is produced at VW's Zwickau factory, where Volkswagen expects to produce up to 330,000 electric cars per year.
