The D2S Xenon bulb is probably the most commonly used pedestal and is considered as a 2nd Generation Xenon Socket - the light yield on a D2S bulb is about 3200LM and has a color temperature of approx. 4,200K

D2's bulbs contain mercury and this has been removed from the newer generations - which also makes it important to dispose of D2S Xenon bulbs properly.

Remember Xenon bulbs change color over time - so we recommend changing them in pairs, and save the "old" which you can then appropriately use if one bulb is blasting.
