The Ford Fiesta MK7 comes with many different rear variants. See below to find out which one your Ford Fiesta MK7 is equipped with.
– Standard rear and “Sports” rear, also known as Zetec rear skirt in the UK.
The standard bumper looks like this picture, and you can either mount the exhaust under the bumper or, as some manufacturers like FOX do, place the exhaust where it should be, which requires cutting the bumper.
The standard model looks like this, and the exhaust is usually mounted under the bumper.
If you have a 1.6 Sport, the car has a rear skirt with a diffuser where the exhaust should fit – since the exhaust sits up in the rear skirt, buying an exhaust for a standard bumper will not fit nicely and correctly.
Ford Fiesta MK7 Facelift Models Year 2012+ and onwards
Standard rear bumper – the principle is the same as the pre-facelift model, and they actually share exhausts. It can be placed in the bumper or under the bumper.
Red-Edition, Black-Edition, and later ST-Line have a different rear skirt on the car, and therefore the exhaust sits differently.
Additionally, there is the option to retrofit an original ST rear skirt. If you have a Red-, Black-Edition, or ST-Line, you can use just the two middle parts of the rear skirt. If you have a completely standard Fiesta, you need to buy “side flaps” as well to make everything fit together, and here the exhaust solution is entirely different, requiring a custom-made exhaust to fit the ST rear skirt, which is again different.
