BBS Forged Line

The Forged Line wheels are forged wheels that are not machined; heated material is pressed into a mold to achieve the highest material density, strength, and weight reduction - resulting in a high strength and durable aluminum or magnesium wheel.

BBS Performance Line

The Performance Line is cast with flow forming technology, where hydraulic rollers are used to achieve even stronger material density. The wheel reaches temperatures of 300-350 degrees and is under constant rotation at enormous pressure and high temperature.

BBS Design Line

The Design Line consists of base wheels that are still of top quality but are cast at low pressure, as most wheels are produced.
